1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParseMyData (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ParseMyData is a SaaS platform that converts PDF documents into structured spreadsheet data using AI-powered extraction. Features include document upload, data extraction, template management, data cleaning, and export capabilities.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Usage Limits
Each plan includes a monthly page processing limit. Pages reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Exceeding your limit requires upgrading your plan.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents you upload and data you extract. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
8. AI Processing Disclaimer
Data extraction is performed using AI and may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for any purpose. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties regarding extraction accuracy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseMyData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
