- Account Information: Your name and email address when you sign up or sign in with Google.
- Uploaded Files: PDF documents you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily to perform data extraction.
- Usage Data: Pages processed, extraction jobs run, and feature usage to manage your subscription limits.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our PDF extraction and data processing services.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To process your uploaded documents using AI-powered extraction.
- To communicate with you about your account or service updates.
3. Data Processing & AI
Your uploaded PDFs are processed using AI models to extract structured data (tables, fields, values). Document content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of extraction. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Uploaded files are stored in secure cloud storage (Supabase). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
5. Data Retention
Uploaded documents and extracted data are retained in your account until you delete them. If you delete your account, all associated data will be removed within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and data storage
- Anthropic: AI-powered document extraction
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Application hosting
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export or delete your extracted data at any time through your dashboard. To delete your account, contact us at the email below.
